Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping markers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
